3(A) Main Objects to be pursued by the Company on its incorporation are: 1. To carry on the business of developing, owning, operating, managing and maintaining online and digital sports platforms, mobile applications, websites, software, portals and technology solutions for sports-related activities, sports engagement, sports management, sports entertainment and sports commerce. 2. To conduct, organize, facilitate, manage and support online sports tournaments, contests, leagues, competitions, auction-based bidding events, player selection systems, team management systems, fixture scheduling, match administration, score management and allied digital sports event services. 3. To provide online scoring, live score updates, scorekeeping, score display, match tracking, sports statistics, performance analytics, data reporting and related digital services for cricket and other sports including football, kabaddi, hockey, basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton and such other sports as may be lawfully permitted. 4. To develop, operate and manage fantasy sports platforms, skill-based sports engagement platforms, virtual team selection systems, sports prediction interfaces, digital competition platforms and related lawful online sports services for cricket and other sports. 5. To create, issue, generate, authenticate, verify, store and distribute digitally signed certificates, participation certificates, achievement certificates, tournament certificates, ranking certificates, awards, badges and other digital credentials relating to sports and sports events. 6. To carry on the business of buying, selling, trading, marketing, supplying, importing, exporting and e-commerce of sports goods, sports items, sports equipment, sports accessories, sportswear, fitness products, athletic materials, trophies, medals, merchandise and allied products through online and offline channels. 7. To provide sports technology services, software development services, digital automation, cloud-based solutions, analytics, content services, data services and SaaS-based products connected with sports scoring, tournament management, fantasy sports, sports certificates and sports product commerce. ⭕3(B) Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the Main Objects are: 1. To design, develop, own, license, maintain, operate and improve software, source code, mobile applications, websites, databases, dashboards, APIs, cloud systems and digital infrastructure required for the company’s business. 2. To collect, process, store, analyse, display and manage sports data, player data, match data, scoring data, tournament data, team data, performance data and other related information for lawful business purposes. 3. To enter into agreements, collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, vendor arrangements, technology tie-ups, marketing arrangements and commercial contracts with sports clubs, academies, leagues, associations, event organizers, federations, broadcasters, advertisers, merchants and other persons connected with the company’s business. 4. To acquire, hold, use, register, license, assign, protect and commercialize intellectual property rights including trademarks, copyrights, domain names, designs, software rights, trade names, content rights and know-how. 5. To integrate and operate payment gateways, subscription systems, digital wallets, reward systems, loyalty systems, transaction systems and other payment-related tools required for the conduct of the company’s business. 6. To carry on digital marketing, brand promotion, social media marketing, content creation, influencer collaborations, advertising, sponsorship promotion and other promotional activities connected with the company’s objects. 7. To create, publish, host, transmit and monetize sports-related content including live scores, commentary, fixtures, results, rankings, reports, graphics, videos, infographics, training content and related materials. 8. To establish and maintain offices, studios, workspaces, warehouses, storage units, logistics arrangements, fulfilment arrangements and support infrastructure necessary for the business of the company. 9. To appoint employees, consultants, developers, designers, analysts, administrators, agents and professionals for carrying out the business of the company. 10. To expand the company’s business into additional sports, scoring systems, tournament formats, sports merchandise categories and lawful sports-related services as may be decided by the Board from time to time. 11. To do all such other lawful acts, deeds, matters and things as may be incidental, ancillary or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
